为什么我们称自己为 La Mart

La Mart是中文单词辣妈(LA MA)的谐音。英文的意思是Yummy Mummy。这是英国的一个俚语，用来形容一位年轻、有魅力、富有的母亲。创始人本人简直就是Yummy Mummy 。

她创立La Mart的原因是：

首先，她年轻时曾来英国读书。与此同时，她在 Safeway 有一份收银员的兼职工作。当时她带着女儿来英国，但一边忙于工作，一边还要照顾年幼的女儿。因此，她的女儿在忙碌了一天的工作后会定期来接她。一天，当商店快要打烊的时候。它不是太忙。一位顾客正在结账，她的女儿来到结账处问道：“我可以扫描吗？”顾客说：“是的！”。结账后，女儿高兴极了，兴奋而自豪地说，以后要成为最专业的收银员。因此，我们的创始人创建了这家亚洲超市，让她的女儿能够实现她儿时的梦想。

其次，她发现亚洲食品最近变得非常流行。但一个无法解决的问题是，大多数英国本土人对亚洲食品并不熟悉。然而，他们仍然想尝试新种类和新品种的食物和食谱。因此，拥有超过20年在英国生活的经验，我们的创始人想以更容易理解的方式向大家介绍地道的亚洲食品。
